Our Vision
At Elfwish, our vision is to promote the health and well-being of Siberian Cats, Dandie Dinmont Terriers and Russell Terriers through responsible breeding practices. We believe that every cat or dog deserves a loving home, and we are committed to producing healthy and happy kittens and puppies that will make great pets for families and individuals alike.

Meet Donna Francis and Sandy Wolfskill, AKC Breeders of Merit
Friends for decades, Donna and Sandy first met over a Siberian Husky (not a cat!) and later created an amazing partnership known as Elfwish Pembroke Welsh Corgis. Over 30 years later, after producing many top winning Pembrokes, a new challenge appeared in the form of the Dandie Dinmont Terriers! Success in the Dandie ring soon followed, along with the creation of new friendships in Australia and England, as well as in the United States. As of 2019, the cats have taken over the kennel, and Elfwish is now a TICA registered cattery breeding and exhibiting pure-bred Siberian cats! (But a few Dandie puppies still manage to appear on occasion!) Although Donna recently retired from AKC judging, Sandy continues to judge across the country. Stay tuned for our latest arrival - CH Twinan Wild At Heart, a Russell Terrier from England and the first from England to become an AKC champion! Go "Tigger"!

Absolutely! A visit to meet any Elfwish dog or cat is a must!
They are beautiful long-haired cats, and, they are hypo-allergenic! They love to play and chase toys! They are a large cat, but not the largest of the forest cats.
Dandies are not the typical terrier. They make great house dogs, love to play like fools and then crash on the nearest sofa or recliner. Love people, but require grooming!
